Bass Pro Shops Sportsman’s Center

ISP/VM+SD Store Design Competition Winner

The new Bass Pro Shops Sportsman’s Center in Miami is a living monument to Florida’s fishing, boating and marina life. The theme of underwater exploration is conveyed through a sunken ship display that doubles as a 19,000-gallon saltwater aquarium.

Murals of the Everglades, historic Stiltsville and underwater life reinforce the oceanic feel. And the fishing counter design pays homage to Biscayne Bay houses that stand on pilings in shallow water.
