Siblings Gilbert and Cindy Yeung fused a trendy bar-café with a fashion boutique in the basement of the Emperor Jewelry store in the Canton Road shopping area.

New York designer Mark Zeff sought a “rock ‘n’ roll meets modernity” vibe by mixing plush leather chairs and sofas, polished wood flooring, bronzed metal finishes and white lacquer millwork. “We played with the idea of a concrete space, as it was underground,” says Zeff. “However, in the end, we decided to make the entire place white to enhance the merchandise.”
