Effective this Jan. 29, 2024, Andrea O’Donnell will begin her new role as Brands President, Executive VP for footwear company Designer Brands (Columbus, Ohio), according to a company press release. She was most recently the former CEO of San Francisco-based Everlane, a position she held since 2021.

In her new position, O’Donnell will be responsible for the company’s full range of licensed and owned brands including Topo Athletic, Keds, Lucky Brand, Jessica Simpson, and many others. O’Donnell will report to Designer Brands’ CEO Doug Howe.

“Her deep experience and tremendous track record, which includes the revitalization of the powerhouse brand, Ugg, will be a critical asset for us moving forward,” says Howe. “The passion for design and storytelling she brings to the table will further bolster our strategy of delivering a unique, omnichannel customer experience.”

Prior to Everlane, O’Donnell was President of Fashion Lifestyle for Deckers (Goleta, Calif.) as well as President, Global Merchandising for DFS Group (Kowloon, Hong Kong).
