Express Plans Brooklyn Store

Express plans to open a 10,000-square-foot flagship on the ground level of 490 Fulton Street in Brooklyn next year, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

Crown Acquisition Corp. signed a deal with the retailer to rent the space. Other additions to the neighborhood include a Shake Shack, H&M and Aéropostale.

“Downtown Brooklyn today is a diversified, 24/7 live work community, having benefited from a surge of investment in excess of $3 billion during the past five years,” says Alan Fishman, co-chair of Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, reports WWD.
