Management Changes:

Liljeqvist & Wargo Brand Design (Westport, Conn., design firm) has hired Jackie DeLise as its director of business development, responsible for guiding the company's strategic marketing and communications. DeLise was previously director of business development and corporate marketing with Silvester Tafuro Design.

Osram Sylvania (Danvers, Mass., lighting manufacturer) has named Robert Nigrello vp of its Sylvania Lighting Services Division and Dwight Kitchen director of sales for the division. Nigrello was previously manager of sales operations for Osram Sylvania's General Lighting Industrial and Commercial channel, while Kitchen was manager of General Lighting's Commercial Engineering Group.

Watkins Hamilton Ross Architects Inc. (Houston architectural firm) has promoted the following to associate principals: Laurie Quates, Gus Blanco, Greg Roberts and Peter Lotz.

Hat World Inc. (Indianapolis athletic headwear retailer) has hired Dick Proffitt as its vp-real estate. Proffitt's career includes stints as regional director of real estate for Pacific Sunwear and director of real estate/construction for Paul Harris Stores.

W.A.C. Lighting (Garden City, N.Y., designer and manufacturer of track, recessed and undercabinet lighting) is undergoing a major expansion, more than doubling the size of its three facilities in China, City of Industry, Calif., and Garden City, N.Y.
