Mancini•Duffy/Winstanley (New York) has hired Olivia Millar as managing director of interiors. Millar will lead the firm’s business development efforts at the Washington office.

WD Partners (Dublin, Ohio) promoted Allison Westrick to executive director, design and brand. In her new role, Westrick will be working on enhancing collaboration and communication, as well as better utilizing internal resources for the design and branding group. She also will take on more business development responsibilities.

Lighting Services Inc (Stony Point, N.Y.) has hired Elena Kushinskaya as regional sales manager for the western U.S. and Canada.

STORE OPENING

hhgregg (Indianapolis) is opening 10 stores in the Washington, D.C., area this month. The new locations bring hhgregg’s total number of stores in the Washington, D.C. area to 12.

American Christmas has moved to a new 110,000-square-foot office and warehouse space in Mount Vernon, N.Y.

Englewood Construction (Schiller Park, Ill.) a national commercial construction general contractor, continues to increase its Chicago-area work with the announcement of six new projects, including a five-store build-out for New Zealand-based jeweler, Michael Hill and a new Pei Wei Asian Diner, a quick-casual restaurant chain that serves contemporary pan-Asian cuisine. The 3201-square-foot restaurant is located in Willowbrook, Ill.

WAC Lighting (Garden City, N.Y.) received a Gold ADEX Design of Excellence Award from Design Journal, the international trade publication for interior designers, architects and facility managers, for its Modernism Collection.
