H&M parent company Hennes & Mauritz (Stockholm, Sweden) announced that it will be opening two of its other retail stores in a space formerly occupied by an H&M in New York.

Located at 505 Fifth Ave. at the corner of 42nd Street, the 24,000-square-foot space will be converted into the company’s first dual-concept store in the U.S. and will feature both COS (which stands for Collection of Style) and & Other Stories stores. This will be each store’s second Manhattan location.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, the success of these initial locations has encouraged the retailer to expand the stores’ presences throughout the city.
