Hollister Rolls Out New Look

Teen fashion retailer Hollister, a subsidiary of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (New Albany, Ohio), has begun rolling out its new look. The update was tested in May 2015 and met with success.

The retrofitting of stores began late last year, but the plan has been expanded to include all 414 U.S. locations. After these changes, the company is looking at changing its 139 international stores.

Women’s Wear Daily reports the new format puts an emphasis on the company’s updated focus on customer service and has eliminated the chain’s iconic beach hut opening. The new format will utilize clear glass fronts, video screens and brighter lighting.
