JLL Announces New SVP and PDS Lead in Northern California

Jessica Bourdet will succeed West Region Managing Director Julie Hyson in new role.

(PRESS RELEASE) SAN FRANCISCO – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has announced the promotion of Jessica Bourdet as senior vice president and Northern California project and development services market lead, a role that she will take over from West Region Managing Director Julie Hyson.

Bourdet has 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector and 19 years in construction and project management, most recently serving as JLL’s Vice President and Lead for Hospitality in Northern California, as well as the West Relocation Project Management Lead. In that role, Bourdet demonstrated her capacity for adapting to change in the wake of the pandemic, successfully pivoting from hospitality to identify opportunities in Relocation Project Management and building a team that now supports 10 new RPM/MAC clients across the West Region.

Prior to that, Bourdet was senior project manager for project and development services at JLL, where she was involved in the completion of over $240 million in hospitality renovation projects. She also served as Vice President of Construction at Pyramid Hotel Group, managing over $65M of renovation projects throughout the United States, as well as the $15M renovation of the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf in 2018. Bourdet was also Director of Assets and Procurement for Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, managing capital improvement projects and renovations for over 23 hotels and restaurants across the West Coast.

Bourdet received a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from University of California, Davis.Jessica is also a LEED Accredited Professional and WELL Accredited Professional.
