Johnny Rockets (Aliso Viejo, Calif.) and franchise partners Isaias and Jorge Santana have opened a new location at Plaza Fiesta San Agustin in San Pedro, Mexico.

The 2745-square-foot restaurant joins more than 150 retail outlets, entertainment venues and dining options at the high-end, two-story plaza.

“Opening a restaurant in one of the largest shopping malls in Mexico gives us the perfect opportunity to provide a truly unique, all-American dining experience to local Monterrey residents and area visitors,” says Isaias Santana.

The partners opened their first Johnny Rockets restaurant in Mexico City in April 1993. Over the past 19 years, they’ve added 16 locations in Cancun, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Culician, Tampico and San Pedro, as well as at Cancun, Guadalajara and Toluca Airports.
