L’Oréal Group Vp Joins Toys “R” Us

Toys “R” Us Inc. (Wayne, N.J.) announced that Tim Grace, formerly of the L’Oréal Group (Clichy, France), has joined the company as evp and global chief talent officer. The move is effective immediately.

Retailing Today reports that Grace’s new duties will include the supervision of all human resources functions, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, change management, compensation and benefits, and labor and employee relations.

Grace served as group vp of human resources at L’Oréal. He also previously served as svp of human resources and administration at Schindler Elevator Corp. (Ebikon, Switzerland).
