New York City’s leading residential and commercial lighting retailer, Lighting By Gregory, has once again been nominated for the prestigious “Showroom of the Year Award” by the leading lighting trade publication Residential Lighting Magazine and the Dallas Market Center which hosts the bi-annual Dallas International Lighting Market. This award honors North America’s top lighting retailers with finalists selected by an expert panel of judges. The Showroom of the Year competition focuses on the unique characteristics and philosophy of leading residential lighting showrooms around the world. Nominees were judged on a variety of aspects of their business, including merchandising display, marketing and advertising, customer service and engagement, employee education and motivation, and community involvement.

For nearly a quarter century, Lighting By Gregory has been the centerpiece of Manhattan’s famed Lighting District. The 8,500-square-foot showroom located in the Bowery Lighting District and Lighting by Gregory’s expansive online retail presence offers shoppers more than 500,000 lighting products from the finest brand names in modern, contemporary and traditional lighting covering both indoor and outdoor lighting needs of any commercial or residential space.

“It is always an honor to be recognized by our industry peers as one of top showrooms in the country, “ remarked David Silverstein, Lighting By Gregory Partner in charge of Showroom Sales. “We’re extremely proud of the many community and educational events that LBG has been involved over the years.
