Mass Equities unveiling three roam ‘n stops this week

Mass Equities (Santa Monica, Calif.) is opening its first three roam ‘n stops convenience stores in the Las Vegas area this week. The new stores provide “a unique customer experience including a wide variety of food items, a large selection of healthy food options and a family friendly environment, the company said in a news release.

The stores are at 3910 E. Lake Mead Blvd., 10130 S. Rainbow Blvd. and 4415 Blue Diamond Road. Additional stores are planned for late 2024, but Mass Equities did not specify where. Roam ‘n stop’s owner is also a Travel Centers of America franchisee, with two such centers under development in Colorado.

Mass Equities is boutique private-equity real estate investment firm with projects across several asset classes and markets, including retail. In addition to its California headquarters, it has offices in Henderson, Nev., and Niwot, Colo.
