Rue 21, the Warrendale, Pa.-based discount specialty retailer of youngwomen's and men's apparel, announces Robert Fisch as president and ceo.

Fisch's extensive retail experience includes serving as president of RNFConsulting Group, a retail management consulting firm, and previously aspresident of Casual Corner Group Inc. (Enfield, Conn.) and founder ofthe Casual Corner & Co. division. Fisch built the division from athree-store test into a leading value-priced women's specialty chainwith more than 275 stores in U.S. malls and outlet centers.Additionally, Fisch was president and ceo of T.H. Mandy for U.S. ShoeCorp. and senior vp of Jordan Marsh, a division of Federated DepartmentStores.

Rue 21 is one of the largest outlet value retailers with 256 stores inmalls and outlet centers throughout the U.S., offering fashion trendsfor men and women ages 15 to 30 at competitive prices.
