Jollibee (Pasig City, Philippines), a restaurant brand best-known for its Jolly Crispy Chicken, chicken sandwich and peach mango pies, has opened its second location in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The new outpost is Jollibee’s 86th restaurant in North America. The company operates more than 1500 locations in 17 countries, and has aspirations to become one of the world’s top-five restaurant chains, the brand noted in a press release.

Jollibee’s second locale in Vancouver – on the second floor of the new 510 West Broadway building near the Broadway-City Hall SkyTrain Station – marks its 25th location in Canada. Its first Vancouver restaurant opened several months ago in the city’s downtown on Granville Street.

For now, the company’s plans include two more doors in Vancouver – in the King George Hub community and in the Strawberry Hill Shopping Center.

In the U.S., Jollibee currently has 63 locations in 13 states, including California, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
