Plans Revealed for Kenwood Collection

Cincinnati project redesigned with more lifestyle space

Developer PECO Real Estate Partners (Cincinnati) has revealed updated plans for its $125 million Kenwood Collection in suburban Cincinnati.

According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, the reworked drawings differ from the company’s original plans for the mixed-use project, which showed a traditional enclosed mall in front of the development’s office tower. The updated drawings show a more open lifestyle center that includes a curved two-story shopping center overlooking an outdoor plaza with a fire pit, fountains and dining spaces.

The project's new look was designed by Reztark Design Studio (Cincinnati) and BHDP Architecture (Cincinnati).
