The expansion will add 58,000 square feet of retail space, bringing the center's size to 306,000 square feet. Upon completion of phase II, Outlets at Albertville will be the largest outlet center in Minnesota. Phase I opened in April of 2000 with 49 outlet stores and two restaurants. Four additional stores have since opened, including BOSE Factory Store, Cosmetics Company Factory Store, Geoffrey Beene and Waterford Wedgwood.
