Psycho Bunny (Montreal) has opened its first brick-and-mortar location in the Middle East, an 1800-square-foot store in the Mall of Emirates in Dubai, Women’s Wear Daily reports. To enter the region, Psycho Bunny partnered with Majid Al Futtaim (Dubai), which also holds territorial rights for the brand in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt.

The partners plan to open additional stores throughout the region and are actively looking for the desired locations, according to WWD.

“Since we’re coming from the North American market, Dubai was a natural choice,” said Kenny Minzberg, Chief Development Officer of the brand known for its polos and other apparel bearing a slightly crazed-looking rabbit. “It not only caters to the local community, but also a myriad of international markets. The city is world-renowned for its luxurious and leisurely tourism, coupled with a distinct magnetism, which makes Dubai a crucial destination for people to discover our unique brand.”

Psycho Bunny launched in 2005 and currently has about 150 stores in the U.S., Canada, Central and South America, and Japan.
