A&G Real Estate Partners announced it is marketing the leases for the 54 Saks OFF 5TH and five Last Call store stores across 19 states that Saks Global Enterprises LLC (New York) is closing. This marks another step in Saks’ bankruptcy plan, which involves closing most of its discount operations and focusing on luxury retail and full-price selling.

“The 59 Saks OFF 5TH stores average 28,000 square feet, making 1.7 million square feet of space available for lease in a tight market for retail space,” said Emilio Amendola, Co-President and leader of A&G’s real estate sales division. “The leases are for stores in high-traffic locations such as premium outlet destinations, open-air lifestyle centers, traditional malls and mixed-use properties.”

See the news release from New York-based A&G for information on which states available spaces can be found. A bid deadline and auction date will be announced following approval of Saks’ full Chapter 11 plan by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
