Nordstrom Inc. (Seattle) will open a 35,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack off-price retail store in Lakewood, Colo., in fall 2010.

AT&T (Dallas), a provider of wireless equipment and services, has opened retail stores in the Soundview and Castlehill sections of the Bronx, N.Y.

Kumho Tires (Seoul, South Korea), a tire manufacturer, has opened its first Tires 4U retail store in North America, in Buena Park, Calif.
