The Cheesecake Factory Inc. (Calabasas, Calif.) plans to open up to six of its flagship brand restaurants, along with about 20 others representing its other three units. The company disclosed those plans in reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter/year ended Dec. 30.

“We delivered solid fourth quarter and full-year results in 2025, generating record annual revenue supported by 25 new restaurant openings for the year,” said Chairman and CEO David Overton. “Despite a more challenging operating environment across the restaurant industry, including weather-related impacts, revenue for the quarter finished within our expected range. Margins and adjusted diluted net income per share finished toward the higher end of our expectations, reflecting the resilience of our business and strong operational execution. Our operators remained focused on the factors within their control, delivering year-over-year improvements in labor productivity, wage management, hourly staff and manager retention, and guest satisfaction.”

Looking ahead, beyond the half-dozen new Cheesecake Factory locations planned for the coming year, the restaurateur said it plans six to seven North Italia restaurants, six to seven Flower Child locations and as many as eight Fox Restaurant Concepts sites. (The company did not disclose the specific locations of any of those planned openings.)
