International architecture and design firm Callison (Seattle) has named 15 principals, two directors and one associate principal: Principals: Seattle office – Darryl Custer, John Jex, Carolyn Jones, Peter Krech, Michael Lee, Mike Riggs, Leonard Ruff, Paul Scanlon, Dave Scurlock and Alex Shapleigh; New York office – Steven Derwoed, David Kepron and Kenneth Lill; Scottsdale office – Kathryn Mickel; and Shanghai office – Xiaolei Ouyang. Promoted to director are Xiaoli Liu, Seattle office, and John Von Mohr, Dallas office. Ali Khatibi, Seattle office, was named associate principal.

MSi Solid State Lighting (Deerfield Beach, Fla.) has appointed Ken Shaw regional sales manager for the south west U.S. Shaw will be headquartered in the company’s Dallas offices.

STORE OPENING

British brand Vivienne Westwood (London) has opened a store in Los Angeles on Melrose Avenue, as part of its effort to reboot its business in America.
