Walgreens Health Initiatives (Deerfield, Ill.), a subsidiary of Walgreen Co., acquired Home Care Medical Services, Sunrise, Fla. As part of Walgreens'plan to increase its presence in community healthcare, the purchase will provide home medical supplies to Southeast Florida residents.
