H&M (Stockholm) will be launching its first store in New Zealand late next year. The store will be located in Auckland’s Sylvia Park mall, which receives more than 12 million shoppers each year.

The shopping center, owned by Kiwi Property (Auckland, New Zealand), plans to invest $7.7 million into renovations that will include accommodating the new H&M location.

This comes as other international retailers, such as Topshop (London) and Tiffany & Co. (New York), are expanding into the Auckland and New Zealand markets, as well, reports The New Zealand Herald.
