MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Target (Minneapolis) has named Jeffrey Jones executive vp and chief marketing officer. Jones has experience in marketing strategy and operations and most recently led McKinney (Durham, N.C.), an advertising agency. He has also held leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Coca-Cola Co.

idX Corp. (St. Louis) has expanded its Los Angeles management team by hiring Tammi Zelm as general manager, Brian Plath as vp of operations and Marty Evans as vp of product development. The company is also welcoming two sales executives: Bruce Moco, vp of business development, and Lance Madden, strategic development director.

YCD Multimedia (New York) is announcing three new management personnel, including Arik Roztal, general manager of international operation, Mark Bohs, channel sales executive, and Jonathan Glanz, director of retail and direct sales. The company provides digital media for retail environments and has headquarters in the U.S., U.K. and Israel.

STORE OPENING
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. (Greenwood Village, Colo.) opened a new restaurant in Miami. The casual-dining chain serves more than two dozen burger varieties and now has seven venues in Florida.

BUSINESS BRIEFS
It’Sugar (Deerfield Beach, Fla.) will open its newest store at The Venetian this month. The location will feature a to-be-unveiled sculpture by VDA Productions (Boston).

Centiva (Florence, Ala.) has earned NSF/ANSI-332 Sustainability Assessment for Resilient Floor Coverings certification for its Contour and Victory series products. The sustainability certification is based on product design, manufacturing, long-term value, end-of-life management, corporate governance and innovation.

Sunglasses and accessories brand Oakley (Foothill Ranch, Calif.) is partnering with London and Birmingham, England-based retail design firm Green Room to develop visual merchandising campaigns for the company’s franchises in Europe, which total 55 stores in 12 countries.
