WD Partners (Dublin, Ohio) has entered into a letter of intent to acquire store décor, signage and graphics provider Schorleaf (Phoenix).

The retail design and development firm says adding Schorleaf’s capabilities will extend the firm’s services for multi-unit retailers, including grocery stores and big-box retailers, as well as increase its sustainable design practice.

Schorleaf’s management will remain autonomous from WD Partners, and Sharon Shore will remain as president of the company. Schorleaf’s headquarters and production facility are in Phoenix, with a design staff in Los Angeles.

WD Partners operates 10 offices and its client base includes Starbucks, Best Buy, The Home Depot, Safeway, and Whole Foods.
