GameStop Taps Former Amazon Exec as Chief Growth Officer

GameStop (Grapevine, Texas) has appointed Elliot Wilke to the role of Chief Growth Officer, according to a press release.

Wilke will begin his new role April 5 and comes from Amazon where he held a range of senior roles across Prime Pantry, Worldwide Private Brands and Amazon Fresh. In his new role, Wilke will be responsible for overseeing marketing and growth strategies.

In addition to Wilke, GameStop has also appointed Andrea Wolfe as its new Vice President of Brand Development. Wolfe comes from Chewy where she was the VP of Marketing. Tom Petersen has been named Vice President of Merchandising and also worked previously for Chewy as its VP of Merchandising.
