Tailored Brands Taps Retail Veterans

Three senior level positions filled at the apparel retailer

Tailored Brands, owner of Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank, have appointed three retail veterans to its leadership team, according to a press release. John Tighe has been named Executive VP and Chief Customer Officer; Karla Gray has been appointed Executive VP and Chief Stores Officer; and Tim Cooksey will assume the role of Senior VP of Real Estate.

“We are thrilled to welcome John, Karla and Tim to the Tailored Brands team—especially at a moment when we are seeing such positive momentum in our business and are poised for growth,” said Peter Sachse, interim co-CEO of Tailored Brands.

Tighe joins the company after roles at Peerless Clothing, J.C. Penney and May Department Stores. Gray has held leadership positions at Nike and Gap, and Cooksey joins the organization having most recently served as SVP of Real Estate and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing at Lowe’s.
