Office Depot (Boca Raton, Fla.) has introduced a “20 Minute Pickup Promise” for qualifying in-store and curbside pickup items at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores nationwide, according to a press release. Orders must be placed online and at least one hour before the store closing time.

“We know our customers value convenience and friendly, helpful service, especially during the holiday season, which is a stressful time of the year for many,” said Kevin Moffitt, executive vice president and chief retail officer for Office Depot.

For order not ready in 20 minutes, shoppers will receive an email with a coupon for $20 off their next qualifying purchase.
