Combined Cleveland-based operation to be called AGI Schutz Merchandising

AG Industries, Cleveland-based fixture manufacturer, has acquired the assets of Schutz Display Group, LLC, international point-of-purchase and display manufacturer.

The combined operations will be named AGI Schutz Merchandising. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

AG Industries is owned by American Greetings, a $2 billion creator, manufacturer and distributor of greeting cards.
