Destination Maternity Welcomes New Stores in Middle East

Opens 10th store in the Kuwait’s Discovery Center

Destination Maternity Corp. (Philadelphia), the world's leading maternity apparel retailer, has opened the doors on its 10th location in the Middle East. The store is located in Discovery Center on Al Sour Street next to Fountain Park Sharq – opposite Jassem Tower Murqab area in Kuwait and features the company’s Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod brands.

The store represents the fourth Destination Maternity store in Kuwait, which are opened through a partnership with Destination Maternity and franchisee Multi Trend, a member of the Al Homaizi Group. Multi Trend has also opened two Destination Maternity stores in the United Arab Emirates, as well as four locations in Saudi Arabia.

Destination Maternity operates 2380 retail locations, including 678 stores, predominantly under the trade names Motherhood Maternity, A Pea in the Pod, and Destination Maternity.

Launched in 2005, Multi Trend International is the umbrella company for a select portfolio of lifestyle brands. The company’s stores can currently be found in Kuwait, KSA and UAE.
