Dollar Tree (Chesapeake, Va.) has named Michael Witynski as its new CEO, Reuters reports. He was promoted from Enterprise President and will be replacing Gary Philbin.

Philbin is retiring and will remain on the board through Sept. 23, according to Reuters.
