After opening its debut and flagship store on the U.S.-Mexican border in San Ysidro, Calif. last year, Duty Free City (San Diego) plans to open four stores in Texas in June and another 10 stores on the northern U.S. border in 2016, according to The Travel Retail Business.

The new stores will range from 5000 to 8000 square feet.

In July 2014, the company announced plans for 25 locations throughout the U.S., including Mexican and Canadian borders in “key cities with high-income, cross-border traffic and key demographic population pockets with high disposable income.”

The stores offer tax-free shopping to consumers who are traveling outside of the U.S. to foreign destinations.
