Luxury brand Etro (Milan) opened a new shop in Berlin’s Quartier 206 department store. According to Women's Wear Daily, the 4850-square-foot space features lacquered gray walls, streamlined iron structures, natural stone flooring and small, bright pops of color.

Other new Etro stores are in the pipeline, many of them in historical spaces rather than shopping centers. “Perhaps it’s better to see if we can restore or fix something historical rather than going into malls,” says founder, Kean Etro. “For then you won’t have to change the fixtures every four years because it will be part of something more fundamental.”
