The Finish Line Inc. (Indianapolis), an athletic footwear retailer, has promoted Donald Courtney to president of its new e-commerce division.

The Leggett & Platt Store Fixtures Group (Dallas) has hired Larry Sharrer as vp and general manager of its Tarrant operations in Fort Worth, Texas.

Wren (Atlanta), a provider of surveillance and security solutions for retailers and other industries, has hired Eric White as its director of retail strategy. White’s career includes stints in loss prevention and security at Walmart and The Home Depot.

Allegheny Store Fixtures (Bradford, Pa.) announced that Susan Whelan has rejoined the company in a sales/marketing capacity.

Apple Inc. (Cupertino, Calif.), a consumer electronics manufacturer and retailer, has opened stores in Dedham, Mass., and Frisco, Texas.

VOWS Bridal Outlet has moved into a 5000-square-foot space in Watertown, Mass. The discount bridal salon was previously in a 2000-square-foot space in Newton, Mass.

AT&T (Dallas), a provider of provider of wireless, wi-fi, high-speed Internet and voice services, has opened a retail store in Mansfield, Mass.

AWARDS

Food Lion LLC (Salisbury, N.C..), an operator of 1300 supermarkets, received the Distinguished Partner Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency during the Food Marketing Institute’s recent Sustainability Summit in San Francisco. Food Lion was recognized for its commitment to deploying advanced refrigeration technology at its new stores.
