ShopKo (Green Bay, Wis., specialty discount store retailer) has named Samuel Martin III as vp, distribution and transportation. Martin most recently worked for Toys “R” Us as vp, western region sales and operations.

Tubeworks Inc. (Agoura Hills, Calif., inflatables designer and manufacturer) has named Christopher Austin president. Austin joined the company in September 2000 as general manager.

Junckers Hardwood (Anaheim, Calif., distributor of Junckers prefinished hardwood flooring) has introduced a “select-your-floor” option to its web site, www.junckershardwood.com. The option allows users to choose from 12 room scenes and then select room colors and flooring options, all in an effort to ease the decision-making process.

Drago Illumination Inc. (Ardmore, Pa., lighting design firm) has opened, specializing in retail, office, residential and exterior lighting. Owned by Dan Edenbaum, the firm's services range from concept development and fixture selection to estimating and retrofit project services.

DuPont Textiles and Interiors (Kennesaw, Ga., integrated carpet fiber manufacturer) has donated 1.5 million pounds of global warming credits to the Leonardo Academy, a non-profit organization dedicated to working with the competitive market on environmental strategies. The organization will retire the credits, awarded to companies working to reduce pollutant emissions, to offset the energy used during the EnvironDesign 7 conference, held April 30 to May 2 in Washington, D.C.
