Volumatic Appoints Ken Herring to Western Territory Sales Manager; RHO Names Director; Shea Wins Packaging Award

Volumatic (Upper Saddle River, N.J., manufacturer of cash counting and security equipment) has appointed Ken Herring as western territory sales manager.

Venture Lighting Intl. (Streetsboro, Ohio, provider of metal halide technology) has promoted Amanda Foust to director of the Venture Lighting Institute and sales training coordinator for Venture Lighting North America.

Echeverría Design Group (Coral Gables, Fla., architecture, space planning and design firm) has received top honors in the 2008 Design Excellence Competition for its concept at the Acqualina salon in Sunny Isles, Fla. The competition was sponsored by the Florida South Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Shea Inc. (Minneapolis marketing and design firm) has been named a silver winner in the 38th Annual Creativity Awards in the food and beverage packaging category for its package design developed for Macy’s line of gourmet food products.
