KISS co-founder Gene Simmons has added a new restaurant and entertainment venture called Rock & Brews to his career portfolio. The El Segundo, Calif., restaurant is a venture with Simmons and partners Michael Zislis and Dave Furano.

Rock & Brews features a themed backstage environment, including The Great Wall of Rock, rock posters, art and multiple flatscreen televisions.
