Henderson Companies Appoints New Retail Sector Executive

(PRESS RELEASE) LENEXA, KS — Henderson Companies proudly announces the promotion of Jason Zoeller to retail sector executive for Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions. A 20-year Henderson veteran whose extensive retail project experience dates back two decades, Zoeller will oversee strategy, operations, and business development for the firm’s retail sector specializing in building types within various practice areas including automotive, general merchandise, grocery, luxury, restaurant, and specialty.

Zoeller succeeds Jason Wollum, who has been promoted to Chief Sector Officer (CSO) and will now oversee the execution of Henderson’s strategic initiatives within its key market sectors including the business sector, community sector, health sector, retail sector, and venue sector.

He has outstanding experience across all our retail practices and has a strong record of driving innovation for Henderson and our clients. Zoeller most recently served as Henderson’s specialty retail practice director. His wide-ranging leadership resume includes founding the company’s Houston and Las Vegas offices, which he successively oversaw for 14 years.

Zoeller holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kan., and is a licensed professional engineer.
