Service Retailers

InSpa

Seattle, WA

In today's changing marketplace, consumers aren't just looking for the same goods and services. They're seeking new experiences. So designers created InSpa as a “spa for the masses.” This all-American positioning is evident in the store's clean design — residential in its detailing — and quick, efficient service. Three-quarters of the 1700-sq.-ft. spa is dedicated to services. The spa boasts a semi-private waiting area with seating, four quick-massage stations, four manicure/pedicure stations, four facial service areas and four enclosed massage rooms. Whimsical illustrations throughout keep the atmosphere light and down-to-earth. And phrases like “Get Energized” and “Take a Break Now” make customers feel good about the indulgence.
