Lamin-Art Inc. Acquired by Arborite, A Business Unit of Wilsonart

(May 20, 2016 – Schaumburg, IL) Lamin-Art Inc., a leading brand of decorative surfaces in North America, today announced that they will be acquired by Arborite, a Montreal-based manufacturer of high pressure laminate (HPL).

Lamin-Art will remain a privately-held business and will operate as a separate business unit of the Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces global organization.
