Microsoft Adding Second Holiday Shop in NY

Seattle-based Microsoft says it will open a second Manhattan holiday shop in tourist-heavy Times Square, Crain’s New York reports.

The store is scheduled to open in late October, bringing the number of planned outposts to 34. “Times Square is a unique opportunity to bring an assortment of Microsoft technologies with the same value, choice and service to a new set of consumers,” Ted Ladd, director of corporate communications for the company, told Crain’s.
