NRF Names New VP

Had managed a $48 million Macy's in Miami

Daniel Butler, who had been vice president and store manager of a Macy's in Miami, has been named vp, retail operations, for the National Retail Federation. His Macy's store did approximately $48 million in annual sales volume. Prior to that, Butler had been with Hecht's department stores, as store manager for central Pennsylvania. He was twice Division Sales Manager of the Year at Hecht's. In his new position, Butler will help with conference planning and serve as NRF liaison to NRF's Diversity Council, Loss Prevention Committee, Human Resource Specialty Store Roundtable and Internal Audit Committee.
