OfficeMax Names President and Ceo

Saligram will also hold title of president and director

OfficeMax Inc. (Naperville, Ill.) has named Ravi K. Saligram as its next ceo. Saligram succeeds Sam Duncan who is retiring from the office supply retailer in early November.

Saligram most recently served as president of uniform retailer Aramark Corp. He will also hold the title of president and director at OfficeMax.

Duncan will remain a special advisor to the company until February 2011.
