Omega, which operates 26 stores in the U.S., plans to further expand its reach in the American market, Women’s Wear Daily reports.

In the U.S., the Switzerland-based watch brand has one location each in New York and Atlanta, with a Dallas store slated to open by the end of 2012. Globally, Omega operates 260 monobrand stores around the world, 110 of which are corporately owned, including seven stores in London, six in Paris, eight in Beijing and nine in Shanghai. President Stephen Urquhart says he believes the market can sustain between 40 and 50 units. “That would be perfectly compatible,” he told WWD, stating that store performance has “gone well overall.”
