Petco (San Diego) has opened a new flagship at 125 Prince Street in New York called Reddy SoHo, according to a company press release. Reddy is Petco’s proprietary lifestyle brand for dogs, which offers a range of products like travel accessories, apparel, collars, leashes, harnesses, bowls, feeders and beds.

This is Petco’s first company owned and operated retail location dedicated to a single brand. With a design inspired by the brand’s color palette, as well as industrial design, the store boasts a fitting station to try things on pets; custom services like pet tag personalization and monogramming; a dog nutrition station; a “Bark Board” for community updates; and a “treatery” with whipped cream cups for dogs.

Nick Konat, Chief Merchandising Officer, Petco, says, “Reddy’s growth and popularity among active and trend-forward pet parents has been steady since launch. And it’s only accelerated over the last 18+ months as millions of pet parents are exploring outdoor activities and taking their pets with them wherever they go. This first-of-its-kind boutique will continue fueling that exploration by giving New York City pet parents a hub to bond, recharge and find the latest must-have gear to style their best lives together.”
