Petsense by Tractor Supply Opens 200th Store in Phenix City

(PRESS RELEASE) PHENIX CITY, AL – Petsense by Tractor Supply, a pet specialty retailer and wholly owned subsidiary of Tractor Supply Company, announced it will open its 200th store location in Phenix City, Alabama. To mark the occasion, the company will host a special grand opening celebration at the new store on Saturday, February 10. Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply leadership join the local team to celebrate with a ribbon cutting and a check presentation to two local animal shelters.

Grand Opening festivities begin February 10 at 10 a.m. and will feature food trucks, giveaways and onsite adoption opportunities. Matthew Rubin, general manager of Petsense by Tractor Supply, will welcome the Phenix City Area Chamber of Commerce and other community members to kick off the day with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Following the ribbon cutting, the Petsense by Tractor Supply team, alongside Puppies & Golf, will present a $5,000 donation to the East Alabama Humane Society to support their important work. Additionally, Petsense by Tractor Supply and the Tractor Supply Company Foundation will present a $5,000 donation to Columbus Purrs N Paws to support their mission.
