Polo Ralph Lauren (New York) has named James Gundell divisional president of the company's Factory Store Concepts, effective immediately. The former vp and general manager of Bloomingdale's New York flagship store will report to Roger Farah, president and coo of Polo Ralph Lauren Corp., and Bridget Ryan Berman, president and coo of Polo Retail Group.

According to Polo's announcement, Gundell will “develop and execute a strategy to sustain growth and profitability in both divisions of FSC: Polo Factory Outlet Stores and Polo Jeans Co.
