Sabrina Simmons to Leave Gap

Will depart after the end of the 2016 fiscal year

Gap (San Francisco) announced that its EVP and CFO Sabrina Simmons is leaving the company at the end of the 2016 fiscal year. A successor has not yet been announced.

Simmons worked at the company for 15 years and “was critical in establishing Gap Inc.’s capital structure framework and maintaining operating discipline,” reports Women’s Wear Daily.

She has also served as vp and treasurer since she joined the company in 2001. She became cfo in 2007. Simmons will stay on for a transitional period, and no information was immediately available about what she will do next.
