The recently completed 425,000-sq.-ft. expansion of Scottsdale Fahion Square makes the complex one of the Southwest's largest regional shopping centers. Callison Architecture, Seattle, designed the $40 million expansion as well as Arizona's first Nordstrom store. The expansion includes 200,000 square feet of specialty retail and a two-level bridge over Camelback Road connecting it to the new 225,000-sq.-ft. Nordstrom store. The new pedestrian bridge also links the center to old town Scottsdale, across Camelback Road from the original Fahion Square.
